Terms of Use

1. Apple Standard EULA

Your license to use the App is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer monthly and yearly AT Plus auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact price, billing period, and available offer are displayed by the App Store before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. See Apple’s instructions for canceling a subscription.

AT Plus currently removes advertising. Some features depend on compatible Apple hardware, operating-system support, language-model availability, and network or Apple-service availability.

Purchases can be restored from within the App. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its applicable policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful, personal learning purposes and in accordance with Apple’s Standard EULA. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Service Availability

Features, content, and subscription benefits may change as the App is improved. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating-system version, language, or region.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
